Legal Adviser Przemyslaw Jeziorski practises in the area of competition law, providing legal counselling concerning Polish and the EU competition law and representing Clients in proceedings before the President of the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection and before common courts.
1. antimonopoly proceedings
- counselling and legal expertise in the area of Polish and the EU competition law;
- representing entrepreneurs in antimonopoly and investigation proceedings; particularly before the President of the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection;
- preparing analyses and studies aiming at the assessment of actions or intended strategies according to the regulations of competition law;
- counselling on the leniency programme procedures;
- legal expertise concerning existence of an obligation to notify the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection or the European Commission of the intention of concentration,
- representing entrepreneurs in proceedings concerning obtaining clearance for concentration, including preparation of a notification of the intention of concentration
- representing consumers and entrepreneurs in disputes within the regulations of consumer law, particularly the act on specific terms and conditions of consumer sale, the act on tourism services, the act on rendering electronic services,
- drafting contract templates (General Conditions of a Contract, Terms of Service, taking into account the regulations of consumer law and those concerning abusive contract terms),
- representing consumers and entrepreneurs in proceedings before the Court of Competition and Consumer Protection concerning declaration of the terms of a contract form to be abusive
- legal advising for entrepreneurs and consumers,
- preparing pro-consumer strategies such as information campaigns and codes of good practice and current assistance in their implementation
- counselling concerning acts of unfair competition,
- representing consumers and entrepreneurs in proceedings before courts and arbitration bodies in disputes resolved under the act on combating unfair commercial practices: unlawful and deceptive advertising, counterfeiting, infringement of a business’s confidential information
