The Law Office provides services for Polish and foreign Individual Clients. Comprehensive legal support for Italian and French Clients is provided by Advocate Malgorzata Maslowska. The Law Office provides Individual Clients with legal services concerning legal advising, representing clients before courts and public offices and institutions, assessing documents, drafting contracts and other legal acts, assisting in negotiations, pre-judicial and judicial dunning procedures in the following areas:

- representing Clients in proceedings concerning indemnification and compensation for damage due to transportation accidents, infringement of personal rights, damage caused by a prohibited act;
- representing Clients in proceedings concerning non-performance or improper performance of a contract;
- representing Clients in proceedings by writ of payment;
- conducting cases concerning adverse possession and other real estate cases as well as cases concerning joint ownership and its cancellation;
- counselling on mortgages and land and mortgage registers;
- counselling on granting and cancelling of real estate easements and easements in gross;
- counselling on children insurance plans and residential security deposits;
- counselling in the area of inheritance law: pronouncement of legal death, ascertainment of inheritance acquisition, inheritance division;
- representing Clients in proceedings concerning divorce and separation;
- counselling on division of marital property (judiciary and contractual), prenuptial agreements, cancellation of statutory marital property;
- conducting cases concerning maintenance obligations (declaration of expiration of maintenance obligation, maintenance obligation enforcement);
- conducting cases concerning establishment, deprivation or limitation of parental rights and decisions on maintaining relations with the child
- conducting cases concerning establishment or denial of paternity and maternity;
- conducting cases concerning jurisdiction in lunacy and custody;
- representing Clients in proceedings against tour operators concerning indemnification and compensation and pursuing other claims in connection with non-performance or improper performance of tourist package contracts – lack of travel agency representative assistance, poor quality of hotel services, inconsistence between the catalogue description of the offer and the actual condition including the accommodation, changes of terms and conditions of the contract after commencement of the tourist event by offering alternative services of lower quality;
- legal assistance in proceedings concerning acts of mobbing and mass layoff;
- legal protection of employee claims in the event of the employer’s insolvency, enforcement of employees’ rights to overtime remuneration;
- legal assistance concerning employment reinstatement and compensation for wrongful employment termination;
- assistance in choosing the best forms of entering employment and the most convenient forms of its termination;
