Legal Adviser Przemyslaw Jeziorski
Graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of Lodz University in 2002. He prepared and defended his thesis for the Master of Laws degree (LL.M) at the Chair of Civil Procedure.
In 2003 he completed one-year Postgraduate Studies in European Law offered by the Faculty of Law and Administration of Lodz University.
In 2004 he completed the course “Consumers Protection and Competition Policy. Characteristic Aspects of the European Union Functioning”, organised by the College of Europe in Bruges.
In the years 2003 – 2007 he worked as a specialist in the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection, Branch Office in Lodz, where he conducted antimonopoly proceedings and cases related to the breach of collective consumer interests.
In 2006 he began his legal adviser traineeship at the District Chamber of Legal Advisers in Lodz, and having passed the examination in legal advising in December 2009, he had his name entered in the list of legal advisers of the DCLA in Lodz.
He has an excellent command of the English language.
He specialises in providing comprehensive legal support for Business Entities as well as Individual Clients, particularly in the fields of commercial law, competition law and labour law. He also practices in the areas of family and civil law, including real estate issues. He appears in courts to conduct proceedings on behalf of his Clients in economic and civil cases, which also include large construction projects disputes.
